ESSDERC 2019 was held in Krakow, Poland, in September.

Eva presented the paper “49dB depletion-load amplifiers with polysilicon source-gated transistors“, which is a result of our Royal Society-funded collaboration with CNR-IMM in Rome.

The work shows remarkable gain measured on two-transistors depletion-load amplifier of minimal complexity, and offers routes to speed and gain optimisation via TCAD simulation. Read the paper here.
