IMID is the flagship display and large area electronics conference held annually in South Korea. The 2019 edition was organised in Gyeongju, once capital of the ancient kingdom of Silla.

Radu presented an invited paper entitled “Source-gated transistors for display applications “, outlining the benefits of SGTs to pixel circuits.
